We take 4 to 6 brand-and-product engagements per year. Apps for serious hobbyists, where the founder is a member of the community they’re building for.
A six-week sprint. Two halves, same hand:
Brand. Positioning, name, palette, typography, voice rules, the launch playbook in full. Not a logo and a Notion doc. The complete artifact: tested copy, drafted social, signed-off ASO, a hand-off pack the launch can run from.
Product. A working iOS and Android app, or a web app where the audience is web-shaped. Production-grade — tests, secured database, deployable, scaling-ready. Default stack: Expo / React Native / Supabase / Claude API. Different stacks if your audience needs them.
Both ship together on the same day. Neither is a placeholder for the other.
Discovery and positioning. We learn the niche before we name anything.
Brand crystallization. Palette, typography, voice rules, name.
Product build. Core flows, infrastructure, AI integrations.
Launch playbook. ASO, social calendar, PH/Reddit/IG drafts, distribution.
Launch and handoff. We ship together. Then it’s yours.
You get a documented brand system, a deployable product, and a complete launch playbook.
We get a published case study (a Cellar entry on The Sprat).
Sprint engagements start at €15,000 for a single-platform build. €25,000 for cross-platform with deeper brand work. We don’t bill hourly.
Slots open for Q4 2026. We’re accepting inquiries now.
